When you apply to train with us, we collect your first name, last name, email address, mobile number, city, the role you are applying for and your resume.

We use enquiry details only to understand your training needs and respond to you. We use trainer application details and resumes only to evaluate your application and contact you about training roles with BHI Vault.

We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties.

Enquiries are delivered to our official email address (contact@bhivault.com). Trainer applications are stored securely and shared only with the BHI Vault team responsible for reviewing applications. Resumes are kept private and access is limited to our team.

You may ask us at any time to update or delete the details you have shared with us. Write to us at contact@bhivault.com and we will take care of it.
